From the moment I open my eyes to the moment I fall asleep, my mind — overloaded with accumulated information — constantly surrounds me. I am always considering the quality of the food I eat, planning how and what to eat, fearing illness, researching harmful substances, exercising endlessly for a better body, thinking about when to sleep, struggling against environmental factors, refusing to age, and exhausting myself in the pursuit of staying young and healthy.
